His name combines his mother&#039;s name, Manlan, with the Chinese word &quot;zai,&quot; meaning cub: a detail that demonstrates a profound connection between tradition and scientific research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-debutto-che-emoziona\">Manlanzai, the new artificially born panda cub: a historic debut in Gansu <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first encounter with visitors revealed a surprisingly confident cub. Accompanied by his keeper, Manlanzai quickly settled in. The panda climbed tree trunks, played with enrichment objects, and stopped to drink milk with ease, creating scenes of rare tenderness. The interaction with the staff captivated the audience.
